1st time going to the restaurant at Centropolis Laval yesterday, i highly recommend going to this restaurant you must try the espresso martini, the combo tartar where you can choose different varieties like salmon,tuna or beef & the Maple Croissant Pudding everything was absolutely delicious! Hip, airy vibe. Montreal quality food at much better Laval prices. Best bao buns I've had in a long time and the wild mushroom toast is phenomenal . Glad we saved room for the churro style donuts with chocolate hazelnut sauce. Dangerous! I'll be back for the tartare orgy (all 7!)

Amazing experience last night at Vertigo Laval. From the phone reservation, to the welcoming, to the service, everything was perfect. Marilyne’s service was warm, friendly and engaging. The food was presented nicely and very delicious. Pricing is so refreshing compared to other restaurants like it. We had a wonderful evening.
We loved Vertigo! The tartare, gyoza, and Brussels sprouts were amazing. The steak and salmon too! I’d stay away from the lobster mushroom risotto, it was watery and had way too much going on. Service was excellent too!
We had dinner at Vertigo Laval last night and we were pleasantly surprised. To start off the restaurant itself is beautifully decorated and feels welcoming with its warm design and atmosphere. We got seated on a long table with very comfortable chairs. Our waiter Thomas heard us speaking in English when we walked in and made it a point to serve us in our preferred language although he was clearly French-speaking. I loved that effort he put to make us feel welcomed, since it’s not something I experience often in restaurants around Laval/Mtl. The menu is very versatile, not overwhelming and very well priced. We were very impressed by the quantity and quality of the food. We started with oysters, a beet salad and the toast with wild mushrooms (wow). As our mains we ordered salmon, the risotto and a burger. We each wanted to try different styles of food and we were all very happy with our food. We even tried some dessert which was delicious!! If you like carrot cake you must try their carrot cheese cake. Overall, we left very satisfied and can’t wait to go back! I hope they keep up with their quality.

Patrick, the manager, ensured everything ran smoothly, and Thomas, our server, was attentive and friendly, making the experience even better. The ambiance was perfect, with music and lighting calibrated to create an inviting and cozy atmosphere. I highly recommend Vertigio to everyone. You won’t regret it!
